COOKING AND DRYING OVENS
The main parts of a high efficiency cooking oven or drying oven are the panels forming the outer frame, the heating group (thermoblock), circulation fans, air distribution channels and exhaust system.
- In both furnace types we have produced, the outer panels are enclosed between 1-1.2mm galvanized sheet, covered with 150mm thick 70kg / m3 density rock wool, the outer sheet is electrostatic powder painted, manufactured in the form of sandwich and interlocking, high in seam points. It consists of panels that are insulated with heat resistant heat sealant and assembled. In this way, heat losses have been minimized.
- Thermoblock group panels that provide heat generation are also produced with the same technique. The heat exchanger (natural gas - LPG furnaces) block, which is a heat source, is manufactured from AISI 310 or AISI309 chrome sheet and boiler pipes. In order to increase efficiency, all our heat exchangers are designed as four passes.
- Our oven circulation fans, which transmit the hot air homogeneously into the oven by taking the heat on the heat exchanger, have insulation jackets and cooling fans. Depending on the size of the furnace and the exchanger, circulation fans with different pressure and flow are produced in belt-pulley and direct coupled models.
- Our specially designed air ducts, which ensure that the temperature is homogeneous at every point in the oven, are produced from galvanized sheet metal.
- With the logic of our circulation fans, our exhaust fans that allow the discharge of moist or solvent air are produced with insulation jackets and cooling fans.
- The furnaces we manufacture;
- Box (Box Type) Ovens,
- U-Turn, Tunnel Type Furnaces,
- Laboratory Furnaces.
